Nextgen Hosting strictly prohibits hosting illegal content, malware distribution, phishing pages, unlicensed copyright materials, cryptocurrency mining scripts, or unauthorized port scanning across our server network.
2. Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy
Sending unsolicited bulk commercial emails (SPAM) is strictly prohibited. Accounts found originating spam emails or operating open mail relays will be terminated immediately to maintain IP reputation.
3. Server Resource Utilization (CPU & RAM)
Shared hosting accounts share physical hardware resources. Accounts utilizing excessive CPU or RAM that impact server stability for neighboring users will be notified to optimize their code or upgrade to a Dedicated Cloud VPS.
