1. Agreement Acceptance
By signing up for an account or ordering any service from Nextgen Hosting, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions specified in this agreement. These terms apply to all Shared Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, RDP Servers, and Domain Registration accounts.
2. 99.9% Server Uptime Guarantee SLA
We guarantee a 99.9% network and hardware uptime SLA for all web hosting accounts. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via client portal announcements at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Billing, Renewals & Payment Terms
Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Invoices are generated 14 days prior to the due date. Payments can be submitted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, or Visa / Mastercard. Late payments past 5 grace days may incur automatic account suspension.
4. Money-Back Guarantee Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting services. Domain registrations, RDP servers, and Dedicated servers are non-refundable once provisioned due to third-party registry and datacenter license fees.
5. Account Termination & Cancellation
Customers may request account cancellation at any time directly through the client portal. Nextgen Hosting reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
